Liner Notes:
The album is a reflection of my changing outlook towards sound and music. It
is about experimenting with and embracing of all sounds. It is about degrees
of composition - some tracks are composed songs, other are recorded sounds,
some contain musical improvisation, some tracks are renditions of songs
composed by other artists, some tracks are played with other musicians,
another track is about learning to play an instrument, and one was created
with loops on a Sega Dreamcast.
Together this is a collection of sounds that I hear and create. Uniquely,
they form my sound identity or my sound world.
This release is also the fruit of a challenge to create a 45-minute 20-track
album in a few months. It is technically my third album. It's dedicated to
whomever it may concern.

My brother had a Yamaha rm1x sequencer and I had a Korg Trinity keyboard.
In high school I bought a microphone, and it became more difficult to write
music. In high school I experimented with music software on my computer. I
spent many weekend nights alone in my room playing percussion instruments,
keyboards, and also stringing long microphone cables to the piano in the
living room. Eventually, I finished an album called "The Stars", which
concluded that era of my music, and is available on http://archive.org. Since
then, I have been working to improve my instrument playing skills (mainly
piano), improving my overall musicianship, and also finding new sources for
sound such as circuit-bent instruments, mbiras, superfast laptops, outdated
computers, tape players, contrabass instruments, and more. I am also interest-
ed in the jazz art form. I also have played several bands including James
Rabbit and Altered Beast.
